How Brand Temple Uses Your Information

Who handles the information

Brand Temple is the public-facing practice. Enquiries are read and handled by its founder, Tiyana Ti. Questions about your information can be sent to agreements@brandtemple.io.

What is collected and why

The Begin form asks for your name, email, company or brand, an optional public website, and the business context you choose to share. It is used to respond to your request, assess fit, and take steps you ask us to take before a possible engagement. It is not added to a marketing list.

The Longevity Self-Assessment runs in your browser. Its answers and result are not sent to Brand Temple unless you choose to describe them in a later enquiry.

Storage and service providers

Vercel hosts this website. Airtable stores enquiries. When enabled, GoHighLevel receives a secondary copy and Telegram sends Tiyana a private notification containing your name and email after Airtable confirms storage. These providers may process information in other countries under their own contractual and data-protection safeguards.

Enquiries that do not lead to continuing work are reviewed after twelve months and deleted unless there is a continuing conversation, legal need, or a reason you have asked us to retain them. Engagement and accounting records may be retained for the periods the law requires.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where the law permits it. You may also object to or restrict certain uses and raise a concern with the data-protection authority that applies where you live.

Brand Temple does not use enquiry information for automated decisions about you and does not sell it.
