How a Brand Temple Commission Works
A commission begins with a written enquiry. If the work appears to fit, Tiyana invites the founder to a private conversation, proposes a scope, fee and timing, then leads the agreed strategy and implementation. The founder owns the final work and its current source.

Begin with the business as it is
The enquiry asks about the work already built, the point of strain and the decision needed next. Tiyana reads it personally and replies within three business days.
Agree the work before it begins
If a conversation shows a useful fit, Brand Temple proposes a scope, fee and timing. The proposal states what will be built, what remains outside the work and which decisions still belong to the founder.
Decide before building
The early work settles the position, audience, offers and language that affect everything else. Once those decisions are approved, the commission builds the agreed customer-facing work, briefs, systems and tools.
Hand over one current source
The final work includes its reasons, owners and review dates. The founder keeps full ownership and can brief future people or tools without depending on Brand Temple.

Is the enquiry an application?
No. It gives Tiyana enough context to decide whether a private conversation would be useful. There is no automated acceptance, payment or commitment at this stage.
Is every commission the same?
No. The order remains consistent: decide, build and keep current. The actual pages, systems, messages and records depend on the business and are named in the proposal.
